Food For Others, Synergy White, December 2009 SYA Synergy White U10 Girls Travel Soccer team concluded their successful Fall 2009 season by volunteering an afternoon at Food for Others. The girls spent their time stocking shelves full of critical food supplies and then packed emergency food boxes preparing them for distribution. (Food for Others is the largest distributor of free food directly to people in need in Northern Virginia, and provides the assistance vitally needed by our unemployed and low-income neighbors) Synergy White would like to thank their sponsors, Phoenix Consulting Group, Silverpointe Events and Marketing, and the Fairfax Coalition of Police for giving them the opportunity to do a project like this. It was the perfect ending to a season that saw them finish as runners-up in the Richmond Cup, semi-finalists in the Battlefield Classic and go 7-1-2 in their WAGS season.
